Dr Sara Clohisey Hendry co-leads the Molecular Mechanisms Cluster which investigates the molecular mechanisms of disease using human tissue, genetics and artificial intelligence. Sara is a Senior Postdoc at the Baillie-Gifford Pandemic Science Hub, University of Edinburgh where she is forging an independent research programme using genomics and genome editing to understand the mechanisms underlying bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
